Mr. Klaus Mandelatz, who has more than two decades of management experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical services sector. Many years as a GLP, GMP and ISO 17025 supervisor and auditor have also made him familiar with the requirements in the statutory regulations, the relevant QM standards and on-site practice in laboratories and production facilities - including the weak points.

Dr. Klaus Mandelatz is GMP-Auditor^® and a member (or former member) of these societies:

Even while Mr. Johannes Schmitt was studying electrical engineering and IT at the Aachen University of Technology(RWTH), he became fascinated by the art of programming computers such as the Commodore 64 (now relegated to history). Over the next two decades, Mr Schmitt accumulated valuable experience of technical marketing support, working as a product manager, network administrator, system consultant and applications developer at companies such as Qume Corporation and EASY Software AG. Mr. Schmitt is head of software development at Thermoguard.
